Peace of Mind - Thursdays

Are you
feeling stressed out, anxious or overwhelmed by emotions? This group will help you gain
greater emotional awareness, improve concentration, learn relaxation
skills, and provide you with
coping strategies to deal with life's difficulties.
Building Healthy Relationships - Tuesdays
2:00-2:50 p.m.,
October 27 - November 18
Participants will explore the
dynamics of relationships, communication styles, and ways to make
relationships more rewarding. How to best cope with relationship
breakups will also be explored.

Perfectly
Imperfect - Tuesdays, 1:00-1:50 p.m.,

While striving toward
perfection can enhance your achievement, it can sometimes lead to
intense stress or the opposite of the desired effect. This group
will help you evaluate the impact of perfectionism in your life and
learn new strategies to experience more pleasure and accomplish more
with less time and effort.

Thick and Thin: Black Man, Black Woman... Tuesdays, 4:00-4:50 p.m.
November 4, 11, & 18 in Cone 265
This three-week workshop will explore
misperceptions about Black male-female relationships and how these myths
influence our perceptions of ourselves. Join our forum to explore
and dispel myths, and provide opportunities to heal Black Male-Female
relationships at UNC Charlotte.
